Processing Fee Requirement
All candidates applying for any VTS test, assessment, or scholarship program must submit the non-refundable processing fee as mentioned in the specific advertisement.
The fee varies by program and category (e.g., Matric, Inter, BS, Master, MPhil etc.) and is clearly listed on the official VTS portal for each test.
Accepted Payment Methods

Mandatory Upload of Payment Receipt
Candidates must upload a clear image or screenshot of the payment receipt while submitting the online application form.Forms submitted without valid payment proof will not be processed.
Non-Refundable Policy
The processing fee is strictly non-refundable, regardless of circumstances, including but not limited to:
Incorrect submission
Incomplete form
Candidate’s withdrawal
Disqualification based on eligibility criteria
Failure to appear in the test
Rejection due to false information
Change of mind
VTS does not refund or adjust the fee against any other program, test, or future session.
Duplicate or Excess Payment
If a candidate accidentally submits the fee more than once, they may apply for correction by providing valid proof.
Approval of correction or adjustment is solely at the discretion of VTS Management.
VTS reserves the right to reject requests without valid documentary evidence.
Fraudulent or Misleading Activity
Any attempt to submit:
Fake receipt
Tampered payment slip
Someone else’s proof of payment
Or manipulate payment information
Will Result in:
Immediate cancellation of the application
Permanent ban from all future VTS assessments
Legal action (if required)
Payment Confirmation
Once an application is submitted with valid payment proof, candidates will receive confirmation and updates through:

Registered Email (if applicable)
Official Website Notifications
VTS Right to Modify Policy
VTS reserves the right to update or revise this Payment & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
